1. Information we collect

Muxlyve only collects the information necessary to provide the service:

• Email address (provided when authenticating with Google or purchasing a license).
• Device identifier, used exclusively to manage license activations.
• Payment information processed by Freemius; Muxlyve does not store card data.

2. Use of information

We use your information to:

• Activate and validate your Muxlyve license.
• Send you the purchase confirmation email.
• Handle technical support when you request it.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with the providers necessary to operate the service (Freemius for payments, Neon for the database, Vercel for infrastructure).

4. Google OAuth

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and profile name solely to identify you within the app. We do not access any other data from your Google account.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your license is active. You can request the deletion of your information by writing to soporte@muxlyve.com.

6. Security

License keys are stored encrypted (HMAC-SHA256). We use HTTPS across all communications.
