1. Acceptance

By using Muxlyve you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the software.

2. License to use

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Muxlyve on the number of devices indicated in your plan. Redistributing, reselling or decompiling the software is prohibited.

3. Accounts and devices

Each license lets you activate Muxlyve on up to the maximum number of devices for the plan purchased. You can release a device from the app to activate another.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through Freemius. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from your user portal at users.freemius.com. Refunds are governed by Freemius's policy.

5. Service availability

Muxlyve is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for outages of third-party streaming platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

Muxlyve will not be liable, under any circumstances, for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes implies acceptance.
